Tuition Payments:

Our preferred method of payment is by check. However, for your convenience we also accept credit card payments via PayPal. There is an additional 5% fee added to PayPal payments.

 

 

Registration Form Instructions:

Fill out form within Adobe Reader -

- Make sure you have the most current version of Adober Reader

- Download and fill out the form within Adobe Reader 9 (or newer - some earlier version may support this feature)

- Save the PDF using the format: YOURLASTNAME.pdf

- Send your saved registration form to jams.info@gmail.com with the subject line REGISTRATION

 

Fill out form by hand -

- Make sure you have the most current version of Adober Reader

- Download and print out the form

- Mail, hand deliver or email the form to JAMS
